Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-05. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
The short version: Use Call Copilot to coach yourself during your own calls. Don't use it to deceive others, harm others, break the law, or break our servers. Pay your bill. We promise to do our best and not screw you over. If we screw up badly, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
1. The agreement
"Service" means Call Copilot — the website at copilot.oasistc.com, the desktop app, the API, and any related software. "We" or "us" means Oasis Techno Cloud. "You" means you (the person using the Service) and your employer (if you're using it for work).
By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You must be able to enter a binding contract. You must not be in a country we can't legally serve (currently includes countries on US Treasury OFAC sanctions lists).
3. Your account
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us within 48 hours if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service to:
- Transcribe and coach yourself during your own calls and meetings
- Store and review your own call history
- Build client/contact memory from your own conversations
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Record calls without disclosure where the law requires it. Recording laws differ by jurisdiction (one-party consent vs all-party consent). You are responsible for compliance with applicable wiretapping, eavesdropping, and recording laws — including but not limited to two-party-consent states (CA, FL, IL, MD, MA, MT, NH, PA, WA in the US), GDPR in the EEA/UK, and similar regimes worldwide.
- Cheat on job interviews, exams, professional certifications, or other assessments where AI assistance is prohibited by the assessing party.
- Impersonate another person, harass anyone, or harm anyone
- Generate or distribute illegal content (CSAM, terrorist content, malware, etc.)
- Reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, or use it to build a competitive product (with the exception of the Self-Hosted plan, which is licensed under separate terms)
- Bypass our rate limits, plan limits, or security controls
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement
If we believe you're violating this section, we may suspend your account immediately and refund nothing.
5. Plans, payment, and refunds
- Plans and prices are shown at copilot.oasistc.com/#pricing. We may change prices for new subscribers; existing subscribers get 30 days' notice before their price changes.
- Free plan: 30 transcription minutes/month, 1 client memory. No card required.
- Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- 7-day free trial available on Solo and Team. No card required for trial.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months. If we accidentally bill you after you canceled, we will refund within 14 days.
- Taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST) are added at checkout where applicable.
6. Your data, your content
- You own everything you create or upload (audio, transcripts, notes, client memory).
- You grant us the limited, non-exclusive right to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
- We will not use your content to train our models. We will not sell or share your content with third parties for purposes other than delivering the Service.
- You can delete your content anytime. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
- If you give us suggestions about the Service, we may use them without paying you. (This is a standard "feedback" clause.)
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, the source code, the trademarks, and the AI prompts are ours. You don't get any rights to them except the right to use the Service per these terms. If you self-host, your license to the source code is governed by the separate Self-Hosted License — contact us.
8. Third-party AI providers
The Service routes your audio through transcription providers (e.g. Groq, OpenAI Whisper) and routes your transcripts through LLM providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral). Each provider has its own terms; by using the Service you're also accepting their terms with respect to your data passing through their systems.
AI outputs (transcriptions, suggestions, summaries) may contain errors. Do not rely on Call Copilot for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
9. Service availability and modifications
We aim for 99% monthly uptime but don't guarantee it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice. If we permanently shut down the Service, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice to export your data.
10. Termination
You can cancel and delete your account anytime in Settings. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive for 12+ months, or if we're required to by law.
11. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) US$100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF WE WERE WARNED.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in that case, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
If your use of the Service causes a third party to sue us (for example, because you used the Service in a way that violated a recording law), you agree to indemnify and defend us against that claim, including reasonable attorney's fees.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of business of Oasis Techno Cloud (currently Morocco), without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you're a consumer in the EU/UK, this clause doesn't take away your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and posted here at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
